Shipping & Returns

Returns – PLEASE REVIEW PRIOR TO RETURNING

You have 3 days from the day your item(s) are delivered to notify us at info@chosenbystephanie.com if you intend on returning your items for an exchange or store credit on your account. There may or may not be items available to cover your exchange.  Due to our high volume of sales, if we do not have an item for exchange in your requested size/style, you will receive a store credit. You may return a maximum of 2 Pieces per month for account credit.  There will be absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS made.

If we are not notified prior to the return it WILL NOT be accepted.

Please email us first at info@chosenbystephanie.com to confirm the return. After we respond to your email, please mail back your item(s) with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order #
  • Reason for the return (if the item is damaged please just let us know. You will be reimbursed for shipping).

Returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, tags still attached, and free of any scents, stains, pet hair, or damages.  A Restocking Fee beginning at 10% will be applied if your order was placed with free shipping OR if the returns are deemed EXCESSIVE. The restocking fee will be enforced and applied at Chosen's discretion.

Items typically ship within 1-3 business days and arrive within one week.
