This message is for you. Wear the damn shorts!
This message is for you. Don’t spend your life hating your body—it’s the only one you are going to get. And if you want to change it, change it. If you are too damn tired to go to the gym, take a nap. If your arms and boobs and legs are sacks of saggy or dimpled skin, be thankful for the blood running through your veins and the heart in your chest still beating. Do you have any idea how many women would be so thankful to be alive and with the people they love—and would trade anything for just one more day in their bodies with their loved ones? Your body is really temporary, don’t spend your time in it hating it. If you want the cake, eat it. If you want to run, run. If you want to consider folding laundry cardio, we will be together in that one. Don’t judge anyone. It says nothing about them—but a whole lot about you.
